Maintenance Operative – Bristol
Salary - £35,000
Working Hours – Monday Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

- Experienced working with all aspects of responsive property maintenance as well as planned maintenance, providing safe accommodation for vulnerable individuals and families
What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out scheduled work on void properties to bring back up to a high standard and in accordance with the Council’s targets prescribed in the contract
- Travelling from property to property within a specific region
- Oversee maintenance of common areas
- Basic carpentry, including door hanging and changing locks
- Painting and decorating, basic plumbing and electrical work
- Ensure the garden area is clear including fencing
