Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal / Fee Earner to join their growing and supportive team in Gloucester.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied conveyancing caseload, with exposure to:
- Freehold & leasehold matters
- Sales & purchases
- Mortgages & remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release
- Lease extensions
What we’re looking for
- Previous conveyancing experience is essential
- A good understanding of the conveyancing process
- The firm can offer training, but cannot support someone starting from scratch
- A team player who values quality client service
