The role is focused around the hotel’s bespoke bar and lounge area, a key part of the guest journey from the moment they arrive. Guests will often enjoy pre dinner aperitifs before moving through to one of the hotel’s two restaurants, followed by digestifs, cocktails and after dinner drinks back in the lounge.
You will work closely with the Head Sommelier and Food and Beverage Manager, supporting a drinks experience that feels polished, personal and full of care. The hotel is home to a Multi AA Rosette fine dining restaurant as well as a more relaxed dining option, so this role offers excellent exposure to luxury service across both refined and relaxed guest experiences.

This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the area. You must also be able to drive due to the location.
