Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for an Access to Work Coach to join our Supported Learning team at our Huntingdon Campus. You will join us on a part time (22.5 hours), term time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £14,812 - £15,808 per annum, equivalent to a full time, full year salary of £28,032 - £29,917 per annum, plus staff benefits.

About the role:
Cambridge Regional College (CRC) is seeking a committed and passionate Job Coach to join our Supported Learning team at our Huntingdon Campus.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) to develop essential workplace skills and successfully transition into employment.
As a Job Coach, you will work directly with learners on Employability Pathways, providing practical, personalised support in real and simulated workplace settings. You will help them build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in employment.
Key responsibilities include supporting learners with SEND to perform job roles accurately, safely, and independently, delivery of job coaching and systematic instruction tailored to individual needs, contribute to vocational profiling, matching learner strengths to job roles, Coordinate and support travel training to promote independence, maintain accurate records and always ensure confidentiality as well as working collaboratively with employers, tutors, and colleagues across the college.
What we are looking for in our role:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young people or adults with SEND or learning disabilities

Has experience in education, training, or workplace coaching/support
- Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Has a positive, proactive and empathetic approach to supporting learners

Can work independently and as part of a team

Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Desirable:
- Experience of employer engagement or supported internships

Knowledge of systematic instruction and vocational profiling

Relevant Level 2/3 qualification in Learning Support
