Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the presentation of our store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
- Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising techniques
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Restock shelves and ensure the store remains tidy and organised throughout the day
- Answer customer enquiries both in person and via phone.
- Support stock management, including receiving deliveries and organising stockroom areas.
Skills
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanour and proactive approach to sales assistance
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Full training will be given.
Pay: £12.71-£12.75 per hour
