Driving Force Recruitment is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our prestigious client Gist, delivering to Marks & Spencer stores from their modern depot in Crewe.
We are looking for drivers who can commit to Saturday and Sunday shifts, with additional weekday work available for those seeking extra hours.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering chilled, ambient and frozen products to Marks & Spencer stores
- Cage and tail-lift deliveries
- No heavy handball
- Operating modern, well-maintained vehicles
- Working from a clean, professional depot environment
Shift Patterns
Days
- Start times between 01:00 and 05:00
Nights
- Start times between 14:00 and 19:00
- Average shift length: 10–11 hours
- Additional weekday shifts available
Pay Rates
Days: £21.80 per hour
Nights: £23.62 per hour
Overtime available after 8 hours
PAYE employment
Holiday pay accrued separately
What We Need From You
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Driver CPC Qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 18 months' recent Class 1 experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
Full Training Provided
Successful drivers will complete a paid driving assessment followed by full site training, ensuring you are confident and ready to start work safely.
