Central recruitment are looking for a skilled meat production operative / butcher to work for our client based in the Nelson area in a factory environment.
You will be handling raw pork and beef products. Cutting, slicing, and packaging. This is in a chilled environment with strict hygiene and health and safety.

Duties
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat according to specifications
- Ensuring all meat products meet safety and quality standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Operating butchery equipment safely and efficiently
- Packaging meat products for distribution or sale, maintaining proper labelling
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with hygiene standards
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times during processing activities
Working hours are:
Monday – Friday 6am – 2/3pm
Pay is:
£14.94
ASAP Start - Ongoing role with the chance for it to go permanent for the right candidate.
