Pay: Up to £13.34 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility based near Chipping Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business, with full training provided across a range of production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading materials into machines and monitoring production
- Removing finished products and stacking them onto pallets
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the shift
- Producing high-quality products while following health and safety procedures
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
Skills & Experience
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Due to the location of the site, applicants must have their own transport.
