We're looking for adaptable and confident individuals to be part of our team - you'll be provided with training to get you settled in the Maki & Ramen way!
It will range from helping our floor team while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage bookings
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
- Assist with seating arrangements and coordinate with other staff
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication between guests and the team
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
