Northwood Warminster is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our successful estate agency team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and helping people move home. Whether you already have estate agency experience or have a strong background in sales and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the sales process. You'll play a key role in generating new business, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the property journey.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident, professional and personable.
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Motivated by targets and earning potential.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn.
- Experienced in sales, customer service or estate agency (preferred but not essential).
Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to work some Saturdays on a rota basis.
