We are looking for a highly motivated NVQ Level 3 qualified Night Senior Care Assistant to work in supporting our team of Care Assistants in delivering a high standard of care to our residential clients at our small and friendly care home based in the pretty village Kirton.
Previous experience in safe handling of medication; digital care planning; assisting Professionals with our clients; performing inductions for new members of staff, and performance management to existing members of staff are desirable.
We take pride in ensuring all our clients are regularly assessed in order to deliver the high quality of care they require.
Our shift patterns are 7pm till 7.15am working some weekends. Some flexibility is required. Will be between 3-4 nights per week
Training where necessary is provided and fully supported.
