We are looking for a conscientious and self motivated Caretaker to join our supportive and collaborative team.
37hrs per week - Monday to Friday working pattern to be discussed with the successful applicant
Full time 52 weeks per year

We strive to provide an aesthetically stimulating, nurturing environment for all our pupils and staff to learn, work, and play safely. The Caretaker will play a crucial role in keeping our school in perfect condition so our children can access the first-class education we can offer in an environment that is clean, safe and secure. You will have responsibility for security, monitoring, cleaning, building and maintenance.
You will be conscientious, dynamic and work well as part of the wider trust Estates team. To be considered for this role, you will need experience and knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance. As a Caretaker you will be responsible for all planned maintenance, health and safety compliance, including carrying out and reviewing premises-related risk assessments and action plans. A good selection of DIY / Handyperson skills is essential.
