Now recruiting a supervisor ( 25 contracted hours ) for our store at Bloomfiled shopping center in Next, Bangor.
This store is open Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 1pm-5pm.
We are looking for a confident and friendly supervisor to help lead our team. You'll be working closely with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the store.
Previous supervisory or proven leadership skills are required for this position.
As a supervisor your role will include the following duties-
- Barista duties- making and serving hot drinks to standard
- Food preparation- ensuring you follow guidelines
- Kitchen duties- clearing tables and operating the dishwasher
- Ensuring daily cleaning duties are completed
- Stock control- placing orders with our suppliers, completing monthly stocktakes, managing wastage
- Leading the team on a day to day basis
- Taking instruction from management
- Identifying and delegating tasks
- Opening and closing the store
- Serving customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Cash handling- operating our touch screen tills to process orders/cashing up
- Follow all polices- Health & Safety, HACCP and COSHH
Pay: £13.18 per hour
