Proper Repair Workshop - no nonsense, just good work
We're a traditional repair workshop in Bodmin with 9 spacious bays, established since 2002.
We diagnose faults, repair vehicles properly and take pride in doing the job right - not just swapping parts and hoping for the best!
If you're a hands-on, time served mechanic who likes to get stuck in, crack on with the job and go home knowing you've done a proper day's work, this will suit you.
It's also a really exciting time to be joining us. We're investing in the business, growing the workshop and building a strong team for the future.
The Role:
- Servicing and repairing vehicles
- Diagnosing faults (own fault finding)
- Working on cars, motorhomes and light commercial vehicles (LGV's)
- Seeing jobs through from start to finish
We don't micromanage. You'll be fully trusted to get on with the job, think for yourself and take ownership of your work.
What we're looking for:
- Solid mechanical/time-served experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Hands-on, practical approach
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly
- Happy to work in a busy, traditional workshop.
- Level 3 is welcome but not essential. If you can do the job, we want to speak to you!

- 7am - 5pm with 30 min paid morning break and up to 1 hour lunch break (unpaid)
