Copthorne Tara Kensington Hotel are looking for General Manager who will be working hand in hand with the Cluster General Manager and will oversee day-to-day running of the hotel by maximising financial returns, driving the development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community.

The responsibilities of the General Manager will include:

Achieving budgeted targets and consistently deliver Brand and Company standards.

Ensuring all employees display a professional, positive attitude, increase customer satisfaction levels and surpass customer expectations.

Oversee the day to day operation of the Hotel ensuring strict compliance with agreed standards, policies and procedures.

Developing, implementing and evaluating the agreed department goals and KPIs to support the business meet its strategic targets.

To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by creating and implementing agreed department standards to achieve increased customer loyalty and retention, external recognition and business growth.

Lead and create a team environment which promotes good employee morale and ensures a high level of commitment and pride in the Hotel.

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures by all members of staff.

Proactively manage resources to increase sales and profit levels and reduce operating costs, whilst adhering to agreed standards.
To be successful in this role you will have:

An already exceptional track record driving business in a similar role within a full-service hotel

Experience working in a branded hotel

A strong commercial acumen.

Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across of levels
