The role
From day one, your focus is keeping live repairs moving. You'll be the person chasing each case through to completion and making sure every party stays informed. Day to day, you'll:
- Monitor live repairs across different stages, chasing timescales and resolving hold-ups before they become problems
- Keep customers updated and reassured throughout their repair
- Liaise with repairers, hire providers and work providers to keep things on track
You'll also be fully cross-trained across the wider claims process, so you'll understand every stage of the repair journey. That makes you more effective in the role day to day and opens up genuine progression as we grow!
What you'll bring
- Experience in motor claims, accident repair or a similar automotive setting (preferred but not necessary)
- Confident, clear communication with customers and suppliers alike
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple live cases without dropping the ball
- Computer literate and confident picking up new systems
- A problem-solving mindset and an eye for detail
