ABOUT THE ROLE
Powertutors is seeking an experienced SEN tutor to support students in the Cranleigh area with English and Maths up to GCSE level. You'll be working with students who have Special Educational Needs, helping them build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve their potential.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Delivering tailored 1:1 tuition in English and/or Maths to GCSE
- Adapting your teaching style to meet each student's individual SEN needs
- Tracking progress and communicating with Powertutors to ensure students are supported
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working with SEN students (e.g. ADHD, dyslexia, autism, EHCPs)
- Strong subject knowledge in English and/or Maths to GCSE level
- Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
- Relevant teaching qualification or tutoring experience preferred
