We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, accurately recording sales and giving correct change
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Restock bar supplies as required, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming environment for all patrons
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Personal presentation should be professional and tidy at all times
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
