Team Leader | Full-Time
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others, leading by example, and helping a team achieve its goals. You'll work closely with management to coordinate daily activities, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting and motivating team members
- Leading by example and promoting a positive team culture
- Assisting with the coordination of daily activities and campaigns
- Monitoring team performance and helping to achieve business objectives
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards
- Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Assisting with the training and development of new team members
- Working closely with management to support day-to-day operations

Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or similar role is beneficial but not essential.
