About the Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading shifts, motivating the team, and maintaining high operational standards across the business.
This Supervisor role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the confidence to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
- Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Create a positive and accountable team culture
- Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and teamwork
- Support performance management and operational standards
Shift Leadership
- Run smooth and efficient shifts across front of house, coffee, and kitchen operations
- Ensure staffing levels and service standards are maintained
- Step into operational roles when needed during busy periods
Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
- Support the team in building strong product knowledge and upselling confidently
- Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
Operational Standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation
- Ensure company procedures and brand standards are consistently followed
- Support end-of-day processes and store readiness
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed
- Monitor allergen procedures and operational compliance
- Conduct equipment and operational checks when required
Stock & Business Operations
- Support stock ordering and inventory management
- Communicate stock shortages and operational updates clearly
- Assist with achieving sales targets and operational goals

- Previous experience in a hospitality leadership or Supervisor role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
