HGV Class 1 Container Driver – Days and Nights
OAK Logistics Ltd is looking for HGV Class 1 Container Drivers for ongoing container work.
Start location: Kings Cliffe / Wansford area
Shifts: Days and nights available
Pay: £200 to £280 per shift
Pay frequency: Weekly pay
Job duties
- Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles safely.
- Do container work from Kings Cliffe / Wansford.
- Complete vehicle checks before every shift.
- Report any defects or problems straight away.
- Follow transport office instructions.
- Update the office about delays, waiting time, or issues.
- Use Truckom app.
- Complete paperwork, PODs, and app updates correctly.
- Follow drivers’ hours and tachograph rules.
- Keep the truck clean and professional.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 / C+E licence.
- 1 year experience.
- Valid CPC card.
- Valid Digi Tacho card.
- Container experience.
- Good communication.
- Reliable and on time.
- Able to work days or nights.
