We are currently recruiting an Warehouse Operative for the night shift at our clients Thatcham site. This exciting role involves accurately distributing orders within a secure prison warehouse environment, ensuring precise delivery and strict adherence to security protocols.

What you’ll be doing:
- Distributing orders accurately and promptly on the prison wing, ensuring each inmate receives the correct items.
- Loading and unloading vehicles as orders arrive at the prison warehouse.
- Strictly complying with all prison rules and security regulations at all times.
- Performing manual handling tasks, including regular heavy lifting.
- Maintaining clear and respectful communication with both colleagues and prison staff.
Pay & Shifts:
- £12.71 per hour
- 01:00am to 09:00am
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends Available
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to handle manual tasks and heavy lifting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
