Silverwood Recruitment is currently seeking an Operations Monitoring Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced operations team in the Lurgan area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The Role
You will play a key role in monitoring alarms, managing client communications, and ensuring incidents are handled professionally and efficiently. Working within a dedicated operations team, you will help maintain high service standards and support key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to alarms accurately and within required timeframes
- Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Logging and reporting incidents with a high level of accuracy
- Placing sites on test for alarm system maintenance and testing
- Remaining calm and professional during live incidents
- Communicating effectively with clients and relevant contacts
- Carrying out proactive monitoring tasks including camera and audio checks
- Supporting access control systems using intercoms and password verification
- Working collaboratively to achieve team and individual KPIs
- Ensuring all procedures and compliance processes are followed correctly
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within a switchboard, call centre or operations environment
- Customer service experience involving telephone communication
