Grounds Maintenance Operative
Pay starting from £13.45 per hour
Day shifts
This is a full time, permanent all year round position
A vacancy has arisen for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work in the Yorkshire area on a full time basis. The candidate must be reliable, energetic, enthusiastic and have a flexible approach to each working day.
Duties will Include:
- Grass Cutting
- Strimming
- Trimming
- Hedge cutting
- Leaf and litter clearance
- Weeding
- General Labouring
- Additional grounds maintenance duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Previous experience within a Grounds maintenance role would be advantageous but not essential
A good eye for detail is essential
Good communication skills
Able to manage small and heavy machinery
Full UK driving license and your own transport is preferred as you will need to travel to and from Wigginton YO32 each day
Knowledge of gardening techniques and plants would be beneficial
The Package:
We pay the Living Minimum Wage which is £13.45
09:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday , depending on the season
