Office Admin / Co-ordinator
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00pm
Pay Rate: National Living Wage (dependent on age)
We are currently recruiting for an Office Admin / Co-ordinator to join a busy logistics company based in Nottingham.
This role will involve helping to plan and schedule deliveries, alongside carrying out general administrative duties within the office. Previous transport or logistics experience would be desirable, however full training will be provided so it is not essential.
Duties will include:
Assisting with planning and scheduling deliveries
General office administration duties
Updating internal systems and records
Communicating with drivers and customers
Supporting the wider office team as required
The ideal candidate will:
Have good organisational and communication skills
Be confident using basic computer systems
Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Have previous admin or transport experience (preferred but not essential)
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for a permanent position following a successful probation period.
