Salary: £18.10 - 18.10 per hour

We are looking to help a client with a maternity cover-based role for the next 12 to 14 months. The role would be working in a small team, based on site, to help with membership administrations, whilst being confident on the telephone office admin, emails and being able to use CRM systems.

Location – Wakefield - Onsite in Wakefield with Parking available
- Salary - £18.10 per hour

Hours 32.5 (Monday - Friday) 9 till 4.30pm
- To start immediately and the end date of the contract to 31st May 2027 whilst covering Maternity leave
Key Responsibilities of a Membership Administrator

Telephone operative with good telephone manner

Able to use IT systems and have training on their bespoke system

Working in a membership type organisation (desirable)

Finance (desirable) use sales ledger for debits and credits

Paying suppliers

Petty Cash
Requirements of a Membership Administrator

Punctual and able to work in the office

Able to work IT systems

Working through a shared inbox and keeping them up to date

Speaking with members and excellent customer service skills
