A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing workload across Hertfordshire and the surrounding Home Counties. The Role
- Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
- Conducting bulk sampling across a range of property types
- Producing accurate, compliant survey reports in line with HSG264
- Managing workload efficiently across multiple sites
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSE guidance and company procedures
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
About You
- BOHS P402 (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG264 guidance
- Professional, organised, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
