As a Cover Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students follow the school’s behaviour policies.
- Provide support and guidance to students to help them stay on task.
- Liaise with teaching staff to ensure lesson objectives are met.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude with personality.
- A degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not essential).
