About the Role:
We are currently hiring full & part time Sales Assistants to join our shop team at Gaynor Sports in Ambleside. Our Retail Sales Assistants are the key people in our shop, gaining customer loyalty and sales through a friendly, knowledgeable, and bespoke service. We are looking for someone who strives to develop their skills and product knowledge in our ever-changing retail environment.

(Knowledge in outdoor clothing and equipment is advantageous but not essential, as training will be given to successful candidates.)
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Helping customers in a friendly manner.
- Assisting customers face-to-face or on the telephone.
- Handling deliveries.
- Merchandising stock and displays.
- Maintaining a good standard of personal presentation.
- Working on an EPOS till system.
- Keeping the store and stock clean and presentable.

- Full-time 36.5 – 40hrs, 5 days per week.
- Part-time hours as arranged with the manager (weekend availability necessary).
