The Opportunity
Yorkshire Dental Suite is a leading dental clinic recognised for exceptional patient care and service standards. We are seeking a confident and professional Front of House to join our Birmingham clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a busy environment, and understands the importance of delivering a consistently excellent patient experience.
Your Role
As Front of House, you will manage our front desk over the weekend and play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing reception and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
- Handling incoming calls, bookings, and patient enquiries
- Coordinating clinician diaries to support efficient clinic flow
- Processing payments and completing administrative tasks
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient journey
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is customer-focused and takes pride in service excellence
- Remains organised and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong attention to detail
- Brings a positive and proactive attitude
- Has previous reception or customer service experience (healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential)
