Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be involved in various aspects of food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation while adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Support team members by helping with various tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and inventory management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Basic culinary skills and an understanding of food preparation techniques are advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
