We work with clients in 50+ countries worldwide and specialise in providing rapid and accurate recruitment services to manufacturers, operators and maintenance companies for military and civilian applications.
Following a recent increase in business we want to recruit and develop a Resourcing Specialist to contact candidates, assess their suitability and manage applications across a huge variety of roles for pilots, technicians, designers and production specialists.
For example, we are currently seeking helicopter pilots to support Presidential helicopter operations in Africa, maintenance technician for various drone production and sourcing engineers to develop experimental electric aircraft in the UK - literally every day and every project is different, you wont get bored in this job!
Who you are:
You are an outgoing and confident individual, maybe in the early stages of your career or perhaps more experienced and looking for a totally different challenge.
You live relatively close to Bourn, Cambridge and have a driving license and car but more importantly you have ambition, the drive to succeed and earn a lot of money - youre also very comfortable speaking on the phone and are competent with Microsoft Office.
You may already have some recruitment or sales experience which would be an advantage but we will offer all of the training and support you need to become an exceptional resourcer.
