HGV Class 1 Night Tramper Driver – Permanent Role
Our growing UK transport operation is currently seeking an experienced and flexible HGV Class 1 Driver for a full-time permanent night tramping position.
This role involves nationwide trunking work operating Amazon box trailers and refrigerated (reefer) units across the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
- Night trunking and tramping work
- Operating Amazon and refrigerated trailers
- Coupling and uncoupling trailers safely
- Possible self-tipping at delivery points
- Maintaining delivery schedules and compliance standards
- Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays when required
Requirements:
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) Licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
- Experience with Amazon or refrigerated trailers is advantageous
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Salary: £48,400 – £55,700 per year
