ROLE: Regional Planner / Scheduler
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Birmingham, B37 7ES

We're looking for a Planner / Scheduler who will coordinate and plan workloads for field-based engineers, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer service across all client accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with company KPIs, ensuring efficient use of engineer diaries
- Liaise with clients to book work in advance, ensuring all necessary job information is captured and communicated accurately
- Coordinate subcontractors where required, including raising purchase orders and organising resources
- Monitor planning performance, including KPIs, revenue tracking, and return visits, ensuring targets are consistently met
- Maintain accurate records, order parts where required, and ensure emergency and one-off works are scheduled within agreed timeframes
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or logistics-based role, ideally within facilities management or water treatment
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple workloads effectively
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, with a commercially focused and team-oriented approach
