Teenager 2 Adult Care provide Ofsted registered supported accommodation to 16-17 year old looked after children. We require experienced, passionate, resilient, caring, and responsible adults to make a long lasting difference to children's lives.
Teenager 2 Adult Care is a registered Ofsted Supported accommodation provider operating in the Black Country area. We are seeking committed night workers to work across our supported accommodation destinations of Dudley and Tipton for wake in shifts.
We accommodate a variety of looked after young people aged 16-18 years in our 24/7 supported living services with a range of support needs and who require support and guidance. Therefore, we require experienced support staff that are able to create and maintain positive relationships with young people, the staff team and professionals.
You will have good verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to produce written reports on occasions, make accurate records and liaise with professionals involved with the child. You will also require good IT skills although full training will be provided as part of this role.
Qualifications and Experience
-NVQ level 3 in Children and Young people's workforce (or equivalent/above) or willing to work towards this qualification.
-12 months experience of direct work with young people
