As our Global Retail Activations & Services Manager,you’ll be part of the customer experience team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Global Retail Marketing. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
This role is responsible for designing and developing retail activations,services,and experience programmes,with a strong focus on pilot environments and flagship / test-and-learn stores.
You translate brand storytelling,product,and cultural insight into innovative,immersive,and commercially effective in-store experiences that drive engagement,participation,and conversion.
The role plays a critical part in delivering the Retail Acceleration ambition to create experience-led retail environments that build community,increase loyalty,and drive performance.
Partner with Retail Design & Concepts on all initiatives involving physical tools,fixtures,or hardware to ensure alignment with the overall retail concept and design language.
Ensure all outputs are developed with a clear understanding of the end-to-end retail concept,delivering cohesive,connected experiences across all store environments and touchpoints.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Global Retail Activations & Services Manager,you will be responsible for:

Lead the development of global retail activation,experience,and GWP programmes that bring brand stories to life,drive consumer engagement,and support key commercial and cultural moments.

Design innovative in-store and omnichannel services,propositions,and consumer experiences,ensuring seamless integration across physical and digital touchpoints and alignment with customer needs.

Create,test,and refine pilot concepts for flagship and trial locations,using a structured test-and-learn approach to measure impact,capture insights,and optimise future programmes.

Partner with Retail Marketing,Visual Merchandising,Retail Design,Markets,Supply Chain,and Digital teams to scale successful concepts into commercially viable,repeatable,and globally adaptable programmes.

Drive community engagement and business performance by delivering experiences that increase participation,loyalty,customer retention,and advocacy,while monitoring KPIs,measuring outcomes,and managing activation budgets
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
-
Strong experience in retail activation,experiential marketing,service design,or customer experience programmes within a retail environment.

Proven ability to translate brand strategy into engaging physical and omnichannel experiences that drive consumer awareness,participation,and commercial results.

Demonstrated experience developing,testing,and scaling concepts across multiple markets,with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and retail engagement.

Commercially minded and highly collaborative,with strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills gained through cross-functional partnerships.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced,test-and-learn environment,balancing innovation with performance and using insight and data to optimise customer experiences and business outcomes.
