Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our office operations. This role is ideal for someone with solid office experience, excellent computer skills, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning within our organisation, providing essential clerical support and maintaining efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office & CRM Systems
- Prepare correspondence & reports as required
- Assist with scheduling appointments and organising meetings
- Handle general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
- Support team members with various clerical tasks to enhance overall efficiency
Experience
- Prior office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with data entry procedures and clerical practices
