HGV Technician – Days or Nights (Up to £63,000 + bonus)

We’re investing heavily in our HGV Technicians with improved pay, monthly incentives and a clear, structured progression path. This is part of a major national expansion of our HGV workshop operation.

- Up to £63,000 per annum basic salary (dependent on experience and level)

- Tool allowance up to £750 per year (paid monthly; £500 for less experienced technicians)

The role
You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped HGV workshop, carrying out maintenance, inspections and repairs on a large, well-invested fleet. We’re creating a national, fully integrated HGV department, designed around high standards, safety, compliance and technician wellbeing.
This role is available at our major workshop locations in Oldbury, Smethwick or Hinckley.
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic
- Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong focus on safety, quality and compliance
- Willingness to develop through structured training and progression
