Fix Auto Basingstoke currently has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Qualified MET Technician (Stripper / Fitter) to join our experienced and supportive workshop team.

Salary: Competitive salary
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday 7. 30am - 4.45pm
Location: Basingstoke, England
Skills & Qualifications:
- ATA/NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification an advantage
- Previous experience in a MET / Stripper–Fitter role
- EV/Hybrid, GEO/ADAS experience
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques across a variety of makes and models
- Be able to competently strip and refit vehicles to a high standard
- Carry out diagnostic checks, geometry wheel alignment, suspension, and general mechanical duties
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid workshop environment
- Have their own set of tools
- Demonstrate a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Complete work to a consistently high standard with up-to-date knowledge of repair methods
