About Clover Club
Clover Club is one of Newquay’s vibrant hospitality venues, known for its lively atmosphere, great food, and quality drinks. We’re building a strong kitchen team and are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a positive attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, glassware, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and work surfaces clean and organised
- Assisting chefs with basic food prep when required
- Taking deliveries and helping store stock correctly
- Ensuring all hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
