Monday - Friday 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00
or
Rotational 12-hour shift:
Monday - Saturday, alternating between Days (6:00-18:00) and Nights (18:00-6:00)
Pay Rate:
Rotational 12-hour shift: (approx. £30,500 per annum)
£14.36 per hour (basic) & £21.12 per hour (overtime)
Rotational 8-hour shift: (approx. £28,620 per annum)
£14.04 per hour (basic) & £20.64 per hour (overtime)

Permanent contract following a successful 12-week probationary period
Direct public transport from Doncaster: Independent bus service coordinated with shift start and finish times. Tickets can be purchased through the accesible app for a small fee
Machine Operator - You will ensure product is compliant and to specification. Key skills and attributes must include vast manufacturing experience, overseeing machinery set-up, knowledge sharing, maintenance efficiency and working to KPI's measuring and grading product quality accordingly. You will work collaboratively alongside the quality team to ensure the quality and safety of our product, collating production information and entering information in relevant systems (electronic or manual). You will work in a controlled and safe manner at all times and will independently generate ideas to improve performance in your working area.
The work environment is ambient… not cold.
About the Role:
As a Machine Operative Your responsibilities will include:
- Sieving, weighing and measuring of ingredients.
- Carry out specified regular line cleaning operations.
- Mind the machines and machine output.
- Work alongside the quality team to ensure the quality and safety of our product.
- Collate production information and entering information in relevant systems (electronic or manual)
- Work in a controlled and safe manner at all times.
- Independently generate ideas to improve performance in working area.
Training & Skills Required:
- Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG/food manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of food safety principles.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and structured problem-solving approach.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible to meet production needs.
- Health and Safety Level 2 qualification.
- HACCP Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential).
