Payroll Administrator
Location: St Helens
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in St Helens
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintaining employee payroll records and updating information as required
- Handling payroll queries from employees and management
- Processing starters, leavers, holiday pay, and statutory payments
- Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company procedures
- General payroll and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous payroll experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
