Job role: Working Steel/Steelwork Site Foreman (Metalwork & Glazing)
Position: Permanent full time position with an immediate start. Site based.

Street Structures is part of Urban Design and Developments Group, established in 1998 and headquartered in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, a privately owned business comprising 3 specialist divisions with a combined turnover of circa £6 – 8 million.
Street Structures specialises in architectural metalwork company specialising in glass canopies, shelters, walkways, balustrading and the like.
We have an immediate need for a Site Foreman to join our site installation team. You will be responsible for a team of fitters (generally a team of 3).

Requirements for the Site Fitter:
- Experience working on construction sites
- The ability to install from our design drawings
- A confident, reliable team player
- Ability and attitude to lead by example and supervise other team members
- Excellent time management.
- Hardworking and motivated
- Valid CSCS card
- NVQ Level 2 in a construction related course
- Architectural steel and glazing experience
- Ability to weld mild steel (tig or stick)
- Ability to weld stainless steel would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work away from home when needed

- PASMA
- IPAF
- CPCS
- Slinger Signaller
- Appointed Person
- Asbestos Awareness
- CRB
Benefits:
- £20 - £25 per hour dependant on experience

- Excellent overnight allowance paid when stopping away (tax free)
- Overtime paid at time and a half (Over 40 hours)
- Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-2:30pm – overtime available paid at time and a half
