As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will…
·Ensure that your team are developed to deliver standards, whilst displaying a proactive and innovative approach to skill development and enhancement in your team;
·Accurately asses the needs of the business in terms of staffing and set up each day for the team.
·Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel as well as 6 lodges, including public areas and linen stores.
·Assist with constructive coordination with both reception and reservations so that the day-to-day operational requirements are successfully delivered.
·Ensure your departmental budget is on target and all costs are kept to reasonable level. Complete orders as required for linen, cleaning materials and room items.

By joining us as a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will become part of our friendly team. This role would be ideally suited to you if you want to work in a busy hotel environment with a great team. The role will be 37.5 hours per week (daytimes only) to cover some weekends as required.
To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess:
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; a team player
· Good organisational skills, and be self-motivated
