Overview
We are seeking a reliable site Cleaning Operative to join our Soft Services team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service standards. 8am-2pm.
Responsibilities
· Cleaning of all internal communal corridors.
· Cleaning of all stairwells
· Cleaning of all toilets
· Cleaning of required meeting rooms
· Cleaning of Reception areas
· Maintain cleanliness of smoking shelter & external litter pick when required.
· Cleaning support with Litter Picks, Deep Cleans & any additional requirements.
· Maintain controls of site COSHH related materials and legislation.
· Maintain controls of Site Cleaning Folder and related materials.
· Support site with procurement of consumables, materials and COSHH when required with site consumable ordering / controls.
· Manage Hazard reporting / escalation process within site.
Requirements
· Delivering high standards across sites.
· Flexibility & Hours – (Split shifts as required).
· Conscientious & committed.
