We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the home
- Build and develop a high-performing residential team
- Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Promote safeguarding and continuous quality improvement
- Support staff recruitment, supervision, and performance
- Develop strong partnerships with local authorities and external professionals
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Full UK Driving Licence
