We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bricklayers’ Labourer to join our team working on new‑build housing sites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade and progress towards bricklaying.
Duties:
- Carrying mortar — transporting buckets of mortar to bricklayers as needed
- Loading out materials — bricks, blocks and other supplies
- Counting and preparing bricks — understanding quantities required for each area
- Maintaining site cleanliness — ensuring a tidy and safe working environment
- Supporting bricklayers — keeping them supplied efficiently throughout the day
- Eager to learn and wants to get into the trade with the opportunity to progress to bricklaying
Requirements:
- CSCS Green card
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No experience required — full training provided on site
Work will be on new build sites in Worcester and surrounding areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Self-employed
Pay: Up to £130.00 per day
