We are seeking reliable and professional Property Viewing Agents to conduct residential property viewings across London. This flexible role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience within the property sector or earn additional income while working independently.
As a Property Viewing Agent, you will represent our company during property viewings, meeting prospective buyers and tenants, providing access to properties, and delivering a positive viewing experience. Full training will be provided, and no previous estate agency experience is required.
This is a field-based role requiring travel to various property locations across London.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Arrive punctually and professionally at scheduled appointments.
- Welcome and accompany viewers around residential properties.
- Highlight key property features and answer basic questions.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
- Complete viewing reports and submit feedback promptly after appointments.
- Communicate effectively with the office team regarding appointment outcomes and any issues encountered.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all company procedures are followed.
- Manage your schedule efficiently and attend appointments as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple appointments.
- Reliable internet access and basic computer literacy.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, lettings, estate agency, or property management.
- Knowledge of the London property market.
- Experience working in a client-facing role.
