FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR - HOMECARE / DOMICILIARY

Sure Healthcare are recruiting for experienced Field Care Supervisor to provide outstanding care and compliance to vulnerable and older people within their homes within North Lincolnshire area, Based in our Scunthorpe office.
Sure Healthcare's mission is to provide all our clients with Care Assistants that operate with our high standards of care and our Field Care Supervisor role is designed to support, encourage and train our current and future carers to ensure our high levels of care continue.
Job Description
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will need to be reliable, flexible, friendly, punctual, caring and professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
There will also be an on-call element to the role which will require flexibility.
This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum 35-hour week alongside an on-call, you will be provided with an extremely competitive rate of pay and we will work with you to ensure both parties are satisfied with the schedule to be worked.
You will also be reimbursed for your travel expenses on top of your rate of pay, to ensure the travelling aspect of the role does not leave you out of pocket.
All vacancies are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and references.
The successful candidate must be able to lead a team, provide care and support to the best of their ability and have the following skills and experience:
- The ability to treat people with dignity and respect
- spot checking staff in the community
- Administering medication
- Assessment of clients
- Maintain good communication with staff and service users
- Develop effective working relationships
- Provide companionship and empathy
- Promote a person-centred approach to care
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent preferred
Applicant must have at least 1 years' professional experience of working in care, leading a team and administering medication.
Enhanced DBS on the live update system would be preferred but not essential.
A Full UK driving license and access to your own car is essential due to the requirement of travel.
