Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food production environment. We are a growing raw dog food manufacturing company looking to add hardworking, reliable individuals to our [grinding/production/packing] team. If you're someone who is comfortable working with raw meat and in cold environments, and you value consistency, hygiene, and teamwork, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Stacking raw dog food chubs coming from the machine into trays
- Transferring filled trays into the freezer
- Working in cold/freezer environment for extended periods
- Ensuring proper labeling and organization of product
- Performing other production-related duties as required
Required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working with raw meat (chicken, fish, etc.)
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures (for some roles)
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
- Team player with good communication skills
- Previous food production experience is an asset, but not required
